ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for on-call JANITOR positions in Minneapolis, MN. Location: MDT - 4600 Nathan Lane N, Minneapolis, MN 55441. Schedule: On-call schedule; Monday - Friday, hours may vary.

No experience required; training provided. Fixed pay rate: $21.25 per hour. ESFM self-performs most IFM work and serves clients across Life Science, Technology, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train!
• On-call schedule: Monday - Friday; hours may vary.
• Location: MDT - 4600 Nathan Lane N, Minneapolis, MN 55441.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties: cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves equipment and furniture; cleans assigned areas; sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards; follows eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor and adheres to guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to team professionalism with customers and coworkers.
