TruLeader Services, LLC is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (On-Call) at Fort Campbell, KY to maintain a clean, safe environment across hospital facilities. This role supports infection control by performing routine cleaning, disinfection and waste management in accordance with health standards.

The position is on-call with no fixed schedule; candidates must pass a federal background check and be able to work across shifts as workload requires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Clean, disinfect and sanitize patient rooms, offices and common areas.
• Handle waste and linen disposal according to procedures.
• Monitor environmental conditions and report hazards.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Assist with floor care and terminal cleaning tasks as trained.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments as needed.
