Job summary

Harmonyhomehealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to create and manage personalized care plans for individual patients. The RN will observe, document, and communicate patient needs, applying current nursing practices with attention to detail and compassion.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state of employment, with CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and a preference for prior RN experience. Evening/weekend shifts and a 7 on/7 off schedule are included.

Responsibilities

You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest.
