Job summary

Community LIFE is seeking an On-Call Home Health Aide to assist elderly clients in their homes in Tarentum and Lower Burrell areas. The on-call role requires availability for various shifts, with a reliable vehicle and PA driver's license.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with daily pay options. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience caring for seniors, demonstrating empathy, discretion, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of verifiable experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Experience as a PCA/CNA/home health aide/nursing assistant desirable.
• Ability to work independently and respond to calls.
• Reliable vehicle and PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist frail older adults with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care services in clients' homes.
• Respond to on-call calls and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with caregivers.
