Locations/Shifts: McKeesport and Mon Valley areas, Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm and 6:30am-9:30pm on weekends

Summary:The On-Call Community Care Aide (CCA) is responsible for helping frail, older adults (age 55+) with their activities of daily living and with performing personal care services at their place of residence. On-Call CCAs must be comfortable working independently and be able to quickly respond to changing circumstances. This position requires the selected candidate to be able to respond to calls and be available to cover care during the on-call time frame for their designated areas. A reliable vehicle and valid PA driver's license are required.
Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: One or more years of verifiable experience working with the frail/elderly population is preferred. Experience as a personal care aide, CNA, home health aide or nursing assistant is desirable. Experience working in home care and demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers in a healthcare or community setting.
