Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking qualified personnel in Pollock, LA for repair and maintenance of pipelines and associated equipment. The role focuses on daily operations, safety, and reliable performance of gas and liquid facilities within a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, work with crews and contractors, and ensure documentation and compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with demonstrated safe driving record; may require USDOT certification depending on location.
• Excellent organizational skills and written/verbal communication; ability to work in a group.
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate compressor/station equipment and pipelines to meet production and throughput requirements.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and coordinate work with employees and contractors for safe, timely completion.
• Provide budgetary information, schedule outages, order materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate resources.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and other technical resources for assigned work.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment in hazardous and non-hazardous environments.
• Utilize precision measurement equipment to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain equipment records, logs, and documentation per procedures and regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and leadership to develop maintenance crews.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA requirements and complete required documentation.
• Keep facilities and work areas safe, orderly, and compliant with safety policies.
• Be available for on-call support on a rotating basis and perform LOTO procedures as needed.
