Responsibilities

• Assist in funeral services in chapel and off-site locations, handling equipment, caskets, and floral arrangements.
• Assist with first calls and removals at death sites.
• Be on-call as scheduled within an adequate response time.
• Drive vehicles as needed (family limo, coach, van).
• Work at more than one location.
• Greet customers and guests not connected to the deceased family.
• Keep the funeral home and equipment neat and clean.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as directed by the funeral director and manager.
