Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• Float LPNs must be available for on-call shifts and willing to work at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members
• Document care accurately and timely
