Job summary

ExamOne, A Quest Diagnostics Company, is seeking a Medically trained Mobile Collector for flexible, part-time on-call work in the Reno area. Collectors work in individuals' homes or workplaces and set their own availability.

You'll perform venipuncture, record vitals, and collect medical histories; EKG is a plus. Must be a skilled phlebotomist with at least 100 successful blood draws, and own equipment like a computer, phone, printer and scanner.

Qualifications

• Must be a skilled phlebotomist with a minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws.
• Proficient in taking manual blood pressures and pulses.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance unless using public transportation in a large metro area.
• Willing to travel within an assigned 30-mile radius.
• Must have own computer, internet, cell phone, printer and scanner.
• Bi-lingual a plus; EKG experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect medical histories, venipuncture, vitals, and urine specimens.
• Perform collections at individuals' homes, workplaces, or specified locations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper sample handling and chain of custody.
