Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks; the FTA typically works three hours per event.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Possess a recognized fitness credential or coaching background.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication under SOPs.
• Ability to work in three-hour event blocks.

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent 'no-rep' protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).
