Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is seeking an Associate Field Technician/Field Technician/Sr. Field Technician for Edwards, MS.

The role focuses on daily operation and maintenance of a natural gas compressor station and pipeline system to ensure safe, reliable product flow and full regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include operating equipment on a rotating schedule, responding to callouts, and participating in an on-call rotation, with emphasis on DOT regulations and environmental health and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds; bend and squat.
Carry and lift items up to 50 lbs for extended distances.
Live within 30 miles of the Hinds compressor station to respond to call-outs.
Strong computer and verbal communication skills; commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Operate the compressor station and pipeline system on a rotating schedule to ensure safe, reliable flow.
Respond to callouts during assigned operating weeks and participate in area on-call rotation.
Perform regulatory compliance activities and support emergency response efforts.
Conduct preventative maintenance and repair of facility equipment per DOT regulations and company policies.
Manage site tasks including meter stations, corrosion control systems, valves, and right-of-way areas.
