Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage and operational support across client locations. This role is a floating position based out of a home office and requires quick deployment to nearby sites.

You will handle mail/shipping, office services, reception, and facilities tasks while delivering exceptional service to employees and visitors. A high school diploma and 6+ months of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail and shipping operations across client sites.
• Provide office and facilities support including supply stocking.
