Responsibilities

• Clean commercial offices and buildings per SOP.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Document routine inspections and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling materials.
• Replenish soap and other supplies as needed.
• Dust mop and wet mop floors with disinfectant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals with PPE.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
