Job summary

Alila Napa Valley is seeking on-call Events Servers who are passionate about hospitality and meticulous in service. You will work weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, and other upscale occasions in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• On-call commitment: On-call team members must be available for scheduled events and may not decline three consecutive shifts when offered.
• Experience in banquets, catering, or F&B service preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event
• Set up, service, and break down function spaces according to event orders
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and planning teams to ensure successful event execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service
• Represent the Alila and Hyatt brand standards at all times
