Dynamic Systems Inc., a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks an On-Call Environmental Services Custodian for critical care facilities. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order in assigned areas and requires dependable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly individuals.

Ideal candidates will have custodial experience, familiarity with cleaning chemicals, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience; healthcare or medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and proper storage and disposal practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and tools.
• Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer instructions.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with facility cleaning standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and priorities.

Position Summary

The On-call Environmental Services Custodian critical care is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order throughout assigned facilities. This position ensures that work areas, offices, and common spaces remain sanitary, organized, and welcoming for all occupants. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and various environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.).

• Work performed in a custodial and facility setting.
