Job summary

The Confederated Tribes Of The Colville Reservation are seeking a Short Notice EMT/ Firefighter I to respond to medical emergencies and provide patient care in a pre-hospital setting. This on-call, nonexempt role requires readiness to report within one hour of notification.

Based in Inchelium/Nespelem, WA, you will support firefighting, rescue, and safety duties, participate in public safety education, and collaborate with the Fire Chief and EMS teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies as EMT; provide patient care and evaluation in a pre-hospital setting, on scene and during transport to the hospital.
• Firefighter I performs general duty firefighting, rescue, and responds to emergency calls to protect life and property.
