GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Hartford, CT. This role will vary by day and event, combining customer service, patrols and surveillance to adapt with agility and precision.

You will monitor the premises, control access, respond to incidents, and write detailed reports while coordinating with authorities as needed. A flexible schedule, on-call duties and weekend/overnight coverage are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.

Responsibilities
