Eco Angels, a Tempe-based, woman-owned cleaning company, seeks an on-call, part-time floater who can start immediately for residential work. Training is provided, with potential to grow into a longer-term role. This position is ideal for someone who values flexible hours, enjoys making homes sparkle, and can work weekday mornings.

Pay starts at $19/hour, plus up to 15% quarterly increases. A Wellness Stipend after probation supports wellbeing; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Smart phone for GPS, communication, and occasional photos
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift for cleaning tasks
• Clear communication and respect for client confidentiality
• Must be comfortable with a trial shift to evaluate fit
