Responsibilities

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned.
Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods; maintains sanitation standards.
Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans food prep surfaces.
Removes trash and handles waste disposal.
Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
