Job summary

RestoreCore is seeking a Commercial Restoration Technician to join our restoration team. You will respond to emergencies, assess damage, perform mitigation and restoration services for commercial properties affected by fire, water, and other events.

This role requires physical work, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to be on-call. A High School Diploma and valid driver's license are required; IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of restoration experience preferred.
• IICRC certification in water, fire, and mold restoration is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction and repair techniques.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work on-call for emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and assess needed resources.
• Damage Assessment: Document damage with photos, notes, and diagrams.
• Mitigation Services: Perform water extraction, drying, and fire mitigation per standards.
• Customer Communication: Explain processes and address client questions professionally.
• Documentation And Reporting: Keep accurate logs and report progress to the supervisor.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and safely operate restoration tools and equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA guidelines and participate in safety training.
