The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking an On-Call Cook who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.
We are looking for an energetic, experienced culinary professional with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants should be team players willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. PM availability is essential.
The On-Call Cook plays a vital role in our Food & Beverage team, preparing specialized, innovative cuisine according to guest orders, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe, sanitary work environment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. The candidate will work closely with team members to ensure flawless execution of dishes and a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
