Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of cooking experience in high-volume/banquet settings or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree from a culinary institution or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Produce recipes accurately with strict adherence to specifications and sponsor products.
• Cook and plate food for service as directed by chef leads.
• Maintain minimal waste across all preparation stages.
• Perform standard culinary tasks (sauté, grill, roast, poach, pan-fry, sauces, soups, stocks, vegetables, salads).
• Assist with meal service/buffets by ensuring adequate stock.
• Organize reach-in coolers, dry storage, and sanitation per guidelines.
• Label products with date, meal period, and tray placement.
• Set up and break down workstations and prep areas.
• Assist with storage of products and equipment after conferences.
• Support guest chefs with production and demonstration setup.
• Collaborate with team and executive chefs as directed.
