This on‑call position provides coverage when regular staff are unavailable and supports inclusive, client‑centered employment goals.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload to develop, change and track results of the job seeker’s goals.
• Match a job seeker’s interests and abilities with available jobs; build relationships with employers.
• Conduct an assessment of each job seeker focusing on total life experiences, not just work history or interest.
• Support job seeker in obtaining interviews and attend interviews if needed.
• Support participants currently employed to increase skills, hours, duties, and responsibilities as desired by participant.
