Job summary

SGS is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant II (Contract) on call for 6-8 weeks in Richardson, TX. You will support study procedures in the clinic and perform related administrative duties to assist coordinators, following GCP guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities include ESAQ administration, informed consent handling, materials QC, and preparation of study documents while delivering strong customer service and precise coordination across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or at least one year of administrative/clerical work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and study protocols according to GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily clinic tasks to assist coordinators with study procedures, including ESAQ administrations, check-in, informed consent signing, instrumentation and photography assistance.
• Performs daily administrative tasks to assist coordinators in study preparation and conduct, including test material preparation, appointment reminders, and QC of study documents.
• Assists in the development of study paperwork for coordinators.
• Reports to clinic on time for all studies assigned to work.
• Performs tasks according to GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions.
• May perform tasks for other departments as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients and panelists, maintaining positive interactions with peers and leadership.
• Complies with safety and Operational Integrity procedures and processes.
