Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Back Courier Driver for PRN shifts in the Sheboygan/Green Bay area. You will transport documents, packages, and materials between clinic locations, picking up shifts as they become available.

This role requires safe driving, timely deliveries, and careful handling of lab samples and medications. A valid driver's license and knowledge of local routes are essential; you will work with the supervisor to plan assignments and maintain courier vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of transportation routes within the community.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Capable of safe vehicle operation and proper handling of materials.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to establish positive working relations with staff and the public.
• Willingness to use a privately owned vehicle if required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinic material, pick up supplies and mail, and distribute to destinations.
• Execute delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle lab samples and medications safely and securely.
• Load and unload daily supplies with proper handling.
• Verify delivery information including addresses and instructions.
• Meet daily with supervisor to discuss needs and assignments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of courier vehicle.
• Deliver all daily supplies to correct locations by end of shift.
• Evaluate traffic patterns and weather conditions daily.
• Inspect and safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Departmental communications.
