360clean | Complete Facility Care is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician (Floater) in Roanoke, VA to cover vacancies and time-off across client sites. This part-time, on-call role offers an evening schedule with a monthly retainer plus hourly pay.

You will perform general cleaning, sanitization, and deep-clean support, following safety standards and company checklists. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, and background checks are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitization in offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other spaces.
• Fill in at various client locations to cover absences or provide extra support.
• Assist with deep cleans, detail work, and special projects as assigned.
• Follow company cleaning standards, safety procedures, and checklists.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding assignments, scheduling, and site needs.
