Position Summary

The On Call Child Care Provider supports the Family Engagement team by providing childcare at monthly meetings, family events, and occasional trainings.

Compensation & Schedule

This role is on call, with no guaranteed hours per week. The position is non-benefitted and scheduled shifts are typically Monday through Friday primarily during evening hours. Providers are required to work at least one shift per quarter to remain an active employee. The hourly wage for this position is $17.13.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience working with children birth to 5 years of age preferred.

• Assist in implementing activities that encourage the advancement of children's physical, intellectual and social‑emotional competence.
• Work cooperatively with staff members and community members from various backgrounds.
• Maintain confidentiality of information with regards to our programs, children, and families.

• Demonstrate professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; receive information and feedback in an understanding manner; use good judgement.
• Attend appropriate staff meetings and training sessions as assigned.
