On-Call Caregiver (Last-Minute Shifts) – $23–$25/hr + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide essential, non-medical care on short notice, including:

• Companionship and social engagement

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication reminders

• Assistance with daily routines and safety

• Building strong relationships with clients and families

• Stepping in to cover urgent, last-minute care needs

• $20 bonus for every on-call case you complete (paid monthly)

• This role is part of our On-Call Priority Team, supporting urgent client needs

• When marked as available/on-call, caregivers are expected to respond quickly and accept last-minute shifts

• You are only paid for the hours you work and the shifts you choose to accept — no obligation outside your availability

• Reliability and responsiveness are key to success in this role
