E-Logic, Inc. is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and highly responsive Delivery Drivers to support a government-related project throughout Washington, DC. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering supplies, materials, equipment, and other items between warehouses, offices, facilities, and designated locations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and reliability.
This position supports a government-related project, and only qualified candidates who meet all project requirements will be selected. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, a strong work ethic, and relevant experience in delivery driving, transportation, logistics, moving, or warehouse operations.
Selected candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including drug testing, prior to assignment. Employees may also be subject to additional drug testing during employment and/or after completion of the assignment as required by company policy, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to respond quickly to changing schedules, delivery priorities, and urgent project needs.
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Safely operate company vehicles, including cargo vans, box trucks, and other assigned delivery vehicles throughout Washington, DC, while following all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
Transport and deliver supplies, materials, equipment, and other items between warehouses, offices, facilities, and designated locations according to assigned schedules and delivery instructions.
Load, unload, secure, and transport materials properly to prevent damage during transit while ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently.
Verify delivery items against manifests, packing lists, or delivery instructions before departure and upon arrival. Obtain required signatures, delivery confirmations, and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Immediately report safety concerns, damage, maintenance issues, or operational concerns. Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
Maintain professional communication and respectful interactions with supervisors, coworkers, clients, facility representatives, and other project personnel. Report delays, delivery issues, damaged materials, or concerns immediately.
Assist with basic warehouse operations, including inventory handling, loading, unloading, staging, and organization tasks as needed.
