This position pays $16.90 The Bell Attendant delivers exceptional guest service and supports daily front drive operations for the resort. This role is responsible for creating a seamless arrival and departure experience while upholding Forbes-level hospitality standards. The Bell Attendant serves as one of the first and last points of contact for resort guests, ensuring warm, professional, and personalized service throughout each interaction. This position supports operational efficiency through luggage assistance, guest transportation support, valet assistance, resort orientation, and prompt response to guest requests while contributing to an elevated luxury experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences.
Great If You Have Experience in a luxury hotel or Forbes-rated resort environment. Knowledge of Napa Valley hospitality, wineries, dining, and local attractions. Previous bell, valet, or front drive experience. Bilingual communication skills. Experience with guest engagement, luxury service standards, or upselling initiatives.
