Wolfgang Puck Catering is hiring on-call Bartenders for the Houston Commissary location. The role requires prior bartending experience and weekend availability. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with on-call scheduling and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• On-call schedule; Days and hours may vary. Weekend availability is required.
• Location: Houston Commissary, Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and preserves garnishes and perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; prepares and garnishes drinks per recipes.
• Checks guest IDs for age verification.
• Receives cash, processes charges and ensures vouchers are correct.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash; secures bank.
• Performs general cleaning to maintain health and safety standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive bar display.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
