Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Experience in a 4-star/5-star venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for functions including draping tables, silverware, and centerpieces.
• Serve and bus tables, carry trays, and clear service areas.
• Break down and clean banquet rooms and storerooms.
• Prepare AM/PM break stations and restock workstations.
• Support event room setup and ensure service quality throughout.
