Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking an on-call Banquet Bartender for East Peoria, IL (Embassy Suites). This part-time role focuses on crafting beverages, providing welcoming service, and ensuring responsible alcohol service during events.

You will join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction, maintain a clean bar, and support smooth event operations with prompt, professional service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of bartending experience in hospitality.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 60 days).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages with skill and speed.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with liquor laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area while restocking supplies and prepping garnishes.
