Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across Redwood Neighborhoods in Loveland, OH. You will use power tools, handle unit turns, and troubleshoot appliances while delivering friendly resident service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year general maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma. HVAC certification and apartment maintenance experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC Certification (preferred).
• Apartment maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned through work orders.
• Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks.
• Minor plumbing system repairs (draining, toilet issues, water heater repairs/replacements).
• Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues when necessary.
• Emergency maintenance as part of an on-call schedule.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Snow removal.
