Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks an on-call instructor to deliver Reading, Mathematics, Workplace Communications, CSS, Health Education, Driver's Education, or HSD/HSE as needed in a regular classroom setting.

You will promote a positive atmosphere, maintain discipline, record student data in CIS, support curriculum development, and contribute to graduation activities while adhering to center policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education from a four-year college or university.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and educate students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs as an instructor, as needed in a substitute capacity, in a regular classroom setting.
• Promotes a positive classroom atmosphere and motivates students.
• Maintains discipline to maximize learning.
• Establishes strong student/instructor rapport.
• Coordinates curriculum development with career tech instructors.
• Maintains student folders and records in CIS.
