Job summary

National Vision operates over 70 Vista Opticals located on military exchanges throughout the United States, serving military personnel and their families with value pricing and on-base shopping convenience.

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers select eyewear and contact lenses, provide expert guidance, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will also maintain inventory, keep patient records accurate, and support store presentation and team growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through selection and fitting of eyewear and contact lenses, ensuring adherence to state laws.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Establish strong customer relationships through excellent service, keeping customers informed about order status.
