Job summary

Audacy in Miami is seeking an on-air host who can create engaging conversations across on-air, online and at events. You will deliver live broadcasts, produce content and interact with listeners while representing the station in the market.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills with broadcast equipment and audio editing software, plus mastery of social media. You’ll appear at station events and collaborate with clients to drive engagement.

Qualifications

Must be an engaging on-air host with strong conversational skills.
Solid production skills and working knowledge of studio audio equipment for on-air and production execution.
Experience with on-air digital systems (Audio Vault, RCS Master Control) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence
Protect the station’s FCC license
Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift
Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly
Operate the control board and perform production work
Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts

Pay Transparency

The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $60,000 - $125,000/annually.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Qualifications

More About You:

Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills;
must have solid production skills and a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
Knowledge of the format and audience required.
Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record required.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
