Audacy is seeking an on-air talent to connect with listeners across our markets. You will create engaging conversations, perform live broadcasts, and adapt content for on-air, online, and on-site appearances.

The role requires strong communication, solid production skills, familiarity with studio equipment (Audio Vault, RCS Master Control), and a readiness to engage with clients. Pipeline posting means you may be contacted when opportunities arise across our top 35 markets.

What You’ll Do

More About You

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills
• Must have solid production skills and a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on‑air and production execution, including on‑air digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control
• Knowledge of the format and audience required
• Excellent on‑air voice with demonstrated track record required.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is below:

$50,000.00-120,000.00

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
