Job summary

Audacy Atlanta seeks an On-Air Talent to craft engaging broadcasts for WVEE, WAOK, WZGC and WSTR. You will create content, host live shows, and connect with audiences across on-air and online channels.

Must demonstrate strong on-air presence, production skills, and familiarity with broadcast equipment. You should be flexible for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and willing to appear at events and remotes.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills.
• Solid productions skills with knowledge of studio audio equipment.
• Experience with on-air and production execution systems like Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
• Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record.

Overview:

Audacy Atlanta is currently seeking On-Air talents for its group of stations, WVEE, WAOK, WZGC, and WSTR. Applicants must be familiar with running broadcast equipment,editing, social media, and must be creative. Willing to make station appearances and client friendly. Qualifications

More About You:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Majority of the work day will be spent sitting at the broadcast board, speaking into a microphone and manipulating board controls. We are looking for talent that can work various shifts to include, nights/weekends, holidays, and cover for full-time talent as needed.A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Required & Preferred:

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills;

• must have solid productions skills and a strong working knowledge of studio audio equipment necessary for on-air and production execution, including on-air digital systems such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.

• Knowledge of the format and audience required.

• Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record required.

• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
