Job summary

Audacy is seeking an on-air talent to connect with listeners across our multi‑platform network. You will create engaging content, perform live broadcasts, and participate in on-site appearances while managing a strong social media presence.

The role emphasizes excellent voice, solid production skills, and familiarity with broadcast equipment such as Audio Vault and RCS Master Control. Opportunities span multiple markets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong creative skills.
• Solid production skills and knowledge of studio equipment incl. Audio Vault and RCS Master Control.
• Knowledge of the format and audience.
• Excellent on-air voice with demonstrated track record.

Responsibilities

• Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
• Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence.
• Protect the station’s FCC license.
• Monitor the logs for the air-shift.
• Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly.
• Operate the control board and perform production work.
• Make personal appearances at station events and remote broadcasts.
• Other duties as required by management.
