Qualifications

• Proven reliability and consistent performance in live or recorded programming.
• Capability to follow logs and programming instructions with high accuracy.
• Experience with audio editing tools is preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.
• Must be able to arrive early for programming preparation and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute transitions between live, syndicated, and prerecorded programming.
• Monitor feeds and troubleshoot issues quickly to maintain air quality.
• Ensure commercials and programming air according to logs.
• Maintain consistent on-air quality and programming flow.
• Collaborate with Program Director and air talent for daily operations.
• Edit audio content using Adobe Audition or similar software.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and protect the station's license.
