Job summary

Leading Trading Systems and FinTech company seeks an entrepreneurial front office trading systems implementation consultant to lead hands-on OMS implementation across multiple client engagements, working directly with hedge fund traders and portfolio managers to ensure successful delivery and integration of front office investment management trading (OMS) systems.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the entire trade lifecycle and front to back-office investment data management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
• Experience with hedge funds or buy-side trading and OMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of front office trading workflows and post-trade operations.
• Deep understanding of investment management trade lifecycle, from OMS to reporting.

Leading Trading Systems and FinTech company seeks entrepreneurial front office trading systems implementation consultant to lead hands on OMS (trade Order Management Systems) implementation across multiple client engagements, working directly with hedge fund traders and portfolio managers to ensure successful and timely delivery and integration of front office investment management trading (OMS) systems – and build strong relationships with client stakeholders including traders, portfolio managers, compliance and fund operations teams. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the entire trade lifecycle and front to back-office investment data management workflows – and come from either a client services or OMS / Front Office systems implementation role at a similar provider (e.g. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Alladin etc.) or have experience as a hedge fund or buy side trader working with similar OMS systems. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing investment management software in a client-facing consulting or professional services role; OR hedge fund / buy side trader or portfolio manager experience working with OMS systems (Eg. SS&C, EZE, State Street, Charles River, Linedata, Alladin)
• Strong knowledge of front office trading workflows – including trading, portfolio management, compliance monitoring, and operational.
• Strong understanding of investment management trade lifecycle, including order management, post-trade operations, compliance oversight, and reporting workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and navigate complex client situations with professionalism and sound judgment.

This role is hybrid in Philadelphia - also option to be remote in the New York or Boston area.
