KnitWell Group, operating White House Black Market in Katy, TX, seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers with hospitality, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You will partner with store leaders on merchandising, inventory, and maintaining a visually inspiring space while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

Location: Katy, TX. Regular/Part time; nights & weekends required.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years old in TX.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
• Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create an omnichannel experience using available tools.
