A leading confectionery company is seeking a Sr. Manager - Category Management to lead the execution of their omnichannel strategies across multiple retail channels. This role requires over 7 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, team leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Located in Rosemont, Illinois, the position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $185,000 and comprehensive benefits. Applicants should expect domestic travel of up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Category Management / Sales related experience in the CPG industry.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated and retailer specific data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the execution of HARIBO's omnichannel Category Strategy.
• Mentor and develop a small team of Category Managers and Analysts.
• Partner with external Broker partners to influence strategy.
