Job summary

Talbots in Burlington, MA is seeking team members for an on-site, part-time role focused on Omni-channel operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work with Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, Ship to Store and related store systems to drive efficiency and service quality.

Ideal candidates are customer-centric, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

• Lead OMNI duties: Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, Transfers, MOS, Damages.
• Coordinate with MM/GM/SM/OM to set daily/weekly priorities.
• Support visual merchandising and store setups.
• Manage shipping/receiving/backroom activities and maintain organized spaces.
• Assist in facilities management as needed and protect company assets.
• Be proficient with Order from Store system and support team members.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the business forward, especially as it relates to Omni, operational activities and store systems.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and enable others to build enduring relationships with customers.
• Lead all OMNI duties, including Direct Fulfillment, BOPIS, BOPAC, Ship to Store, Transfers, MOS, and Damages.
• Work closely with MM/GM/SM/OM to determine and complete daily and weekly priorities.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities and store setups.
• Manage all shipping, receiving, and backroom activities: process freight, ensure an efficient flow of merchandise, and maintain a clean, neat, organized backroom.
• Assist in facilities management as needed.
• Be proficient with all aspects of the Order from Store system and assist team members as needed.
• Protect company assets and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned, including physical inventory, supply orders, and maintenance.
