The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, analytical storytelling, and collaboration with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting financial targets.

• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to forecast and plan.

• Analyze historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities by division and department.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to communicate strategies that align financial and product opportunities.
• Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department.
• Recap and analyze actual sales results to plan, and forecast in-season sales and inventories.
