Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for an Omni Experience Ambassador in Massachusetts. The role involves pulling merchandise from pick lists, using an RF scanner, and moving items from the sales floor to staging areas.

You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. The job requires previous order pulling and RF scanner experience, with a background in big box/wholesale retail.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately using RF scanner.
• Pull orders from pick lists and move merchandise to staging area.
• Ensure items are replenished and communicateInventory/stock issues to team.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to SOPs for omni initiatives.
