Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in our distribution environment. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, use handheld RF scanners, and move items from the sales floor to the staging area to ensure timely, accurate order completion.

The role requires prior experience with order pulling and RF scanning in a large-scale retail or wholesale setting, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety and SOP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems and note expired/short-dated items on the pick list.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
