Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will pull orders from a pick list, use handheld RF devices, and ensure accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and upholding GOLD Club standards.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly service, resolving member questions, and working as a team to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and friendly while using RF scanner to pick items.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Deliver service excellence and uphold club standards in daily operations.
