AMETEK Haydon, Kerk and Pittman seeks an OMNI CNC Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm). You will produce machined parts by operating CNC equipment, while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic machining knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. AI tooling awareness is encouraged to drive productivity and cost savings.

• Load raw materials and unload completed parts.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Perform inspection of own parts and co-worker’s work.
• Use measurement tools (snap gage, calipers, micrometers, optical comparator).
• Be able to run select machines in department.
• Utilize QMS, MAX & SPC databases as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including top-off lubricants.
• Cleaning responsibilities including equipment, chip removal, and work area.
• Follow established procedures as well as quality and safety standards.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Work under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

We are currently seeking an OMNI CNC Operator for 2nd shift, Monday through Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm. This position is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What will you do?

• Load raw materials and unload completed parts
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Perform inspection of own parts and co-worker’s work
• Use measurement tools i.e. snap gage, digital calipers, micrometers, optical comparator and other measuring instruments
• Be able to run select machines in department
• Utilize QMS, MAX & SPC data bases as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including top-off lubricants
• Cleaning responsibilities including equipment, chip removal, and work area
• Follow established procedures as well as quality and safety standards
• Maintain safe work environment
• Work under supervision
